This simple banana puree recipe for baby is packed full of nutrients for your little one. Prepare it in minutes for the first step on your weaning journey.
Banana slices

Method

Peel the banana, slice into quarters and place in a medium bowl. Mash with a fork until you have a smooth texture then add 3tbs of milk or water continue to stir until a puree texture is formed - or if you have a blender, blend the two ingredients.

Pour in your child’s favourite puree cup and enjoy.
