With regard to each of your visits to our website, we may automatically collect the following information (not limited to):

ii) information about your visit, including information that tells us the site you were previously browsing before coming to the Organix site, the pages you visited on the Organix site, and the page you went to when you left. This is known as the 'full Uniform Resource Locator (URL)' clickstream to, through, and from our website, including date and time. We may share your data within our group of companies or subsidiaries
Organix Brands Limited is part of a larger group of companies, the Hero Group. You can learn more about them at www.hero-group.ch The Hero Group is based in Switzerland, outside the EEA . Switzerland does not have the same data protection laws as the United Kingdom and EEA. However, the European Commission has given a formal decision that Switzerland provides an adequate level of data protection similar to those which apply within the United Kingdom and EEA, so any transfer of your data to the Hero Group will be protected.
We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries and ultimately, our holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
We may share your information with selected third parties [ 2]
We will only share your data with third parties for competition purposes. If we are sending out a prize, we will share the information with Royal Mail, FedEx or another trusted delivery service and with a trusted commercial partner if they are sending out competition prizes. We will only share your first name, last name, delivery address and contact telephone number if needed for the delivery.
We will share personal information with law enforcement or other authorities if required by applicable law.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties if some unusual and very specific circumstances apply:
As with any private company, should the company be bought, acquired, or sold off part of its assets, then this could cause your data to be disclosed to the new company owner. Similarly, should the law require us to disclose or share your personal data, then we would be obliged to do so. These unusual circumstances are described in more detail below:
i) If Organix or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, we may disclose personal data held about our customers, as these will be one of the transferred assets.

We want to make sure that your information is always accurate and up-to-date. If you would like us to remove the personal information we hold about you, please contact us at consumer.care@organix.com.
You can request details we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations – please send a description of the information you would like to see together with proof of your identity. No administration fee will be charged for considering or complying with such a request unless the request is deemed to be excessive.

Organix organizes regular events and photoshoots to capture moments that help us share and celebrate the experiences of our community. This section provides details on how we collect, use, and protect the data gathered during these photoshoots, including your rights regarding consent and content usage.
Data Collected During Events and Photoshoots
For each event or photoshoot, we may collect the following types of information to facilitate event planning, and content creation, and ensure participant safety:
· Participant and Guardian Details: Name, email address, contact number, and relationship to any minor participant.
· Child’s Information: We may collect a child’s name, age group, ethnicity, and any relevant allergy information to ensure safe and age-appropriate participation.
· Photos and Videos: Images and videos captured during the photoshoot, which may include both children and accompanying parents or guardians.
Purpose of Data Collection
The data collected serves several essential purposes:
· Event and Safety Management: allergy information is used solely to ensure a safe environment for participants, particularly children, by avoiding allergens or specific dietary risks. This information is accessible only to essential event staff and will be securely deleted after the event.
· Content Planning and Inclusivity: age and ethnicity information allow us to create content that accurately reflects the diversity and inclusivity of our audience. This data is used solely for planning and producing media content and is not shared outside of the media production team.
· Media and Brand Promotion: photos and videos taken during the photoshoots may be used for promotional purposes across a range of media channels, including but not limited to:
o Digital Platforms: our official website, social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), and online advertising.
o Print and In-Store Materials: brochures, event materials, and displays in-store.

Perpetual Consent for Media Usage
By participating in a photoshoot, you consent to the use of these images and videos on a perpetual basis. This means there is no specified end date for our use of this media. Perpetual consent allows us to continue using this content indefinitely, supporting consistent brand representation over time and minimizing disruptions to previously published media.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You retain the right to withdraw consent at any time. If you decide to withdraw your consent, please contact us at consumer.care@organix.com. Following your request:
· New and Future Content: We will stop using your or your child’s images in any new or future materials immediately.
· Existing Published Content: For images or videos already in circulation (e.g., social media, print materials), complete deletion may not always be feasible. However, we will make every reasonable effort to remove images from active media platforms and cease their use in any new materials where possible.
· Archival and Historical Records: Certain images may be retained as part of our brand’s historical records or archives. These archived images will not be actively used or redistributed after withdrawal of consent.
