We’re very proud of our Organix heritage. Since 1992, our Spirit underpins everything we do. As we have evolved so have our values, but they have always remained aligned to our true purpose, vision, mission and original Spirit. We think our values are important as they help us to continue to build a strong team foundation and an even stronger company culture.
They help us to make great decisions, challenge each other and drive how we work successfully with each other both locally and internationally. Our Spirit

It’s a great challenge to write down what Organix is all about – our values; our history; why we do what we do. But it’s essential that we do write it down, because as the company grows, we need to know the things that we have in common, and the things that make us different to the rest of the food industry. Other companies can always imitate what Organix does, and what we sell. But they can never imitate our unique approach.

Each of us brings something important to help Organix deliver against its mission and vision, and without our people we wouldn’t be able to bring the foods we do to little ones to spark their love of great food. We are delighted to have received our B Corp accreditation with a score of 92.9. As a purpose driven business for the last 30 years, it is fantastic that all the great work our people are passionately involved in has been recognised. There are over 5,000 B Corps around the world, across 158 industries in 86 countries, with over 500,000 workers, we are so proud to be one of them, using business as a force for good. But it doesn't stop here, we will be working with B Corp to understand how we can evolve this great work.

As a business we continue on our mission to offer the very best organic food for babies, toddlers and kids and look to keep striving to make it better and better. We have plans in place to improve our score and continue to make positive changes to people and the planet, including reaching our goal of 100% recyclable packaging by the end of the year and continuing to reduce our carbon footprint, to help build a brighter future.
