100g dried quinoa

Method

Place the quinoa in a small saucepan and add 350ml boiling water.

Baby Qunioa Step 1

Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the quinoa is well cooked and the water is absorbed. Remove from the heat, cover and put aside to cool down for a few minutes.

Baby Qunioa Step 2

Pour the cooked quinoa in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a little boiled water if needed to get the correct consistency.

Serve warm.

Serve this simple puree just as it is or add to vegetable purees.
