Banana puree




Ingredients
1 Ripe banana
3 tbsp of milk or water

Method
Step 1
Peel the banana, slice into quarters and place in a medium bowl. Mash with a fork until you have a smooth texture then add 3tbs of milk or water continue to stir until a puree texture is formed - or if you have a blender, blend the two ingredients.
Enjoy as a delicious banana puree baby recipe or add to porridge, swirl into plain sugar free yogurt or sprinkle with a variety of toppings (depending on age & preference).
