½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
150ml milk
150ml Greek yoghurt (can be substituted for additional milk)
1 apple

Method
Mix oats, cinnamon, raisins and seeds in a bowl. Add milk and yoghurt. Mix together until all blended.
Grate the apple and mix into the oat mix. Cover and leave the oats overnight in the fridge.
