These muffin pizzas are ideal for baby-led weaning, or left whole as a lunch or dinner for older toddlers. The flower topping is super fun to make and eat too!

Method

Preheat the grill. Slice the muffins in half.

Spread 1 tbsp of pizza sauce evenly across each muffin and sprinkle with cheese.

Add a handful of fresh toppings of your choice or create a fun design! We have chosen flowers created with lots of colourful veggies.

Carefully transfer the mini pizzas to the grill, and bake for around 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the edges are lightly golden. Remove from oven and once cooled enjoy, or slice into fingers.
