1 Ripe banana
½ tbsp smooth peanut butter (one that is made from 100% peanuts with no added sugar or salt)
2 tbsp of baby’s usual milk or boiled water

Method
Peel the banana, slice into quarters and place in a bowl with the peanut butter. Mash together with a fork until you have a smooth texture, then add the milk or boiled water and continue to stir until a puree texture is formed - or if you have a blender, blend the three ingredients to make your puree.
Pop the puree into your little one’s favourite bowl and enjoy!
Use your baby’s usual milk to make this puree recipe. This recipe can also be made with alternate nut butters, for example almond or cashew.
If your child has been diagnosed with any kind of allergy or there is history of allergy within the family, we advise you talk to their doctor before giving nuts for the first time.
