2 medium ripe mangoes

Method
Step 1
Cut mangoes in half using a sharp knife. Using both mango cheeks start to cut lengthways and crosswise, ensuring you do not cut through the skins.
This delicious mango puree recipe is also great for creating a mini dip for banana slices. Or for adding a fruity twist to plain yogurt or baked goods.
The mango puree can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and frozen for up to 3 months.

Pop the mango cheeks inside out (pushing the skin side in and cube shapes out) then gently slice off the cubes and discard the skin.
