Method
Shred the iceberg lettuce and scatter it over the base of the largest compartment in a 3-compartment lunch box.
Cut the slices of wholemeal bread into circles using a large cookie cutter.
Spread with cream cheese and pop the two slices together to make a round sandwich.
Add 3 strips of cheddar cheese for the bee stripes. These can be secured to the sandwich using a little more cream cheese if wanted.
Finish the buzzy bee sandwich with a raisin for the eye and use two pieces of Wavy Apple Snackers for the wings.
Pop the sandwich into the lunch box on top of the shredded lettuce.
Using the tip of a small sharp knife, cut a zig-zag pattern around the middle of the piece of cucumber and pull apart to separate. Pop in one of the side compartments of the lunch box.
Finish the lunch by adding the remaining Wavy Apple Snackers to the other compartment.
Please note: To avoid food waste, you can whizz up the leftover crusts to make breadcrumbs for other recipes (store them in the freezer until ready to use), or cut the bread into pieces and bake to make croutons.
