Method
Cut the cheese slice in half and use one half to create a crown then place onto the middle of the plate, top with the rice cake.
Using a quarter of the cheese slice create two mini circles using a knife or shape cutters. Place onto the rice cake for eyes.
Halve a blueberry and use for the eye and top with yoghurt to create an eyeball.
Place the half cucumber slice as mouth. Add strawberry slices for rosy cheeks.
Add four Organix Gruffalo Claws for feet and hands and the red pepper for a tongue!
