50g pudding rice 
600ml full fat milk
A few drops of organic vanilla essence
2 packs of Organix Gummies, roughly cut into halves

Adding our Organix Gummies to our Rice Pudding recipe gives this classic dessert a tasty twist! A great snack served with some fresh fruit slices.

Method

Put the rice, milk and vanilla in a saucepan.

Bring the milk to the boil, then reduce the heat and cover with a lid. Simmer for approx. 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the milk has been absorbed and the rice is cooked (add more milk if required).

Turn off the heat and stir in our Gummies, so they start to melt a little. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
