

Overnight Oats for Baby




Ingredients
100g jumbo rolled oats (gluten-free if required)
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
150ml milk
150ml Greek yoghurt (can be substituted for additional milk)
1 apple

Method
Step 1
Mix oats, cinnamon, raisins and seeds in a bowl. Add milk and yoghurt. Mix together until all blended.
Overnight oats for baby make a tasty, healthy and fruity make-ahead breakfast recipe, and a great way to introduce oats to babies.
Depending on your little one's favourite flavours, you can serve the baby oatmeal on its own or with your choice of additional fruit toppings like banana, strawberry or blueberry.

Grate the apple and mix into the oat mix. Cover and leave the oats overnight in the fridge.
