Made with just three ingredients, this is a simple weaning fish recipe for babies. Great for helping them explore new tastes and textures.
Place the fish parcel and tomatoes in the oven (190c or Gas 5) for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked. Leave the fish until it is cool enough to handle and remove the skin.
Flake the fish into a small bowl checking there are no bones. Add the tomatoes and butter beans and use a fork to mash everything together. For a smoother recipe, use a blender and puree the mixture.
If the mixture is too thick, add some full fat milk.
