1 large ripe banana
1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter (one that is made from 100% peanuts with no added sugar or salt)
150g full fat natural yoghurt

Method
Peel the banana, cut into quarters and place in a bowl with the peanut butter. Mash together with a fork until you have a smooth texture.
Add the yoghurt and mix until well combined.
Divide the yoghurt mixture between the sections of a finger shaped silicone mould, then pop them in the freezer for at least 2 hours until frozen through and set.
When ready to serve, pop the yoghurt bites out of the silicone mould.
This recipe can also be made with alternate nut butters, for example almond or cashew.
If your child has been diagnosed with any kind of allergy or there is history of allergy within the family, we advise you talk to their doctor before giving nuts for the first time.
