Put the rice, milk and vanilla in a saucepan.
Bring the milk to the boil, then reduce the heat and cover with a lid. Simmer for approx. 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the milk has been absorbed and the rice is cooked (add more milk if required).
Turn off the heat and stir in our Gummies, so they start to melt a little. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
Great served with some slices of fresh fruit, such as strawberries, mango or banana.
