1 pack (120g) long stemmed broccoli
30g unsalted butter
1 clove garlic
30g parmesan cheese

Method
Prepare the ingredients; trim the ends from the broccoli stalks, peel and crush the garlic, finely grate the parmesan cheese.
Steam or boil the broccoli until a knife passes through the stalks easily. Drain and leave to cool a little.
Heat the butter in frying pan until melted, then add the crushed garlic and gently cook on a low heat for a minute or two until it starts to soften.
Add the broccoli to the pan along with around two thirds of the grated parmesan cheese and toss to coat in the garlic butter and parmesan.
Serve sprinkled with the remaining parmesan.
This recipe makes a great side dish for the whole family and a fun finger food for little ones as they can pick up and hold the broccoli florets in their hands.
