What you need

Ingredients

2 slices of fresh bread
⅓ breast of cooked chicken
½ avocado
Small handful of diced mango
A squeeze of lime

Toddlers will love the sweetness of the mango mixed with chicken and avocado in our tasty sandwich recipe. Great as a snack or to liven up lunchtime.

Method

Slice the chicken into small bite-size pieces, dice the mango into bite-sized chunks and slice or mash the avocado and add a squeeze of lime juice.

A chopping board with 2 slices of bread, mango chunks, sliced avocado, chicken strips and a halved lime

Combine all the ingredients and sandwich between the slices of bread (ingredients can be mashed together a little if preferred). Cut into squares or triangles (or maybe use a pastry cutter to create all sorts of shapes!) and serve!
