What you need

Ingredients

100g blackberries
80g raisins (we used a few boxes of Organix raisins)
Half a medium banana
200g Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract

A healthy weaning snack for your baby. Our Banana and Blackberry Yogurt Ice Cream is a great recipe for hot summer days - but is tasty at any time of the year!

Method

Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl. Separately blitz the blackberries, raisins and 2 tbsp. of the yogurt with a hand blender. Mix the banana with the fruit mixture and then push it all through a sieve to make it really smooth.

Add the rest of the yogurt and vanilla extract to the fruit and mix together.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container - make sure you only fill up to half way.

Freeze for 2 hours or until it becomes firm around the edges. Use a fork to stir up the mixture and break down any ice crystals. Re-freeze for another hour and repeat the stirring process with a fork if necessary. Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day
