WORKING WELL
We think that to do great work and for work to be life enhancing, you need to feel good and have time away from your desk to recharge your batteries. We have a flexible working policy and encourage people to go home on time and to take their lunch breaks every day. Work-life balance is important to enable us to bring our best selves to work. We’re also lucky to have lots of social space which is great for informal meetings and eating our lunch - not to mention our garden where you can get a breath of fresh air!
